Applicants must apply online through our website. Depending on their BPS level,
They will be invited to either a screening (written) test or a skill test, which will be conducted in
Designated cities Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Pano Aqil, Quetta, and
Hyderabad. To facilitate the testing process, candidates in BPS-4 must take the skill test.
Candidates are required to indicate their preferred testing center when completing the application.
Candidates in BPS 6 & 7 are required to take an objective-type screening test, which will cover
Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge, and subject matter relevant to the post.
BPS-4 candidates, on the other hand, must pass a skill test specific to the position. To grade the papers,
An optical Mark Reader (OMR) machine will be utilized. Candidates must be well acquainted with the
Process.
Only candidates who have been shortlisted (BPS-1 to 7) will be called in for an interview before
Selection. Non-Muslim applicants must take an oath to declare their faith during the interview.
And when they join, if applicable. Government employees, including MES staff, must submit their
Applications via the online job portal and forward their NOCs via their department, indicating their
Current service number (if applicable), rank, and place of duty.
Candidates applying for BPS-1 posts are exempt from paying a processing fee. Applicants in BPS 4
And above must pay the specified amount by depositing the online-generated Challan Form.

Relaxation in Upper Age
1. Candidates who are part of Scheduled Castes, the Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the
Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan are eligible for all positions.
Under the Federal Government for 3 years.
2. In Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan, candidates for BPS-15 and below positions under the Federal
The government may receive age relaxation for 3 years.
3. Officers or personnel who have been released or retired from the Armed Forces of Pakistan are
Entitled To a relaxation in age for 15 years or the actual number of years served in the
Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
4. Government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous service by the closing date for
Application submissions are eligible for relaxation at the age of 10 years.
5. The widow, son, or daughter of a civil servant who died during service may receive relaxation in
The age of 5 years.
If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation under multiple categories, they may only receive a
Relaxation in age under one category.
The age of candidates will be calculated from the closing date for receipt of applications, which is
5 March 2023.
Candidates must bring the following documents in their original form and as attested photocopies.
During the interview:
1. Three recent passport-size photographs.
2. An attested photocopy of their educational qualifications.
3. An attested copy of their CNIC.
4. A domicile verified by the relevant district authority.
5. Experience certificates (if applicable), along with an attested copy of the discharge certificate DASB
(for former Army candidates) / service certificate/NOC from the relevant office (for current MES or
Other government department employees).
6. A declaration on oath from non-Muslim candidates, verified by Magistrate Grade-1.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without
