1. The "Youth Development Center (VDC) Prime Minister's Youth Programme" is offering projects-
Funded positions to Pakistani nationals on a contractual basis.
This program aims to promote youth development and create employment opportunities in the country.
2. To apply for these positions, candidates can visit the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Website
https://careers.hec.gov.pk and fill out the online application form.
3. However, for the post of Naib Qasid, interested candidates may send their applications in hard
Form to the given address.
4. The test/interviews for eligible candidates residing outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi and its vicinity
Will be conducted through audio/video conferencing at the nearest possible location in Karachi,
Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
5. Candidates must deposit an application processing fee of Rs. 600/- for positions from Sr.
No. 1 to 7 in the online account number 17427900133401 maintained by HEC at Habib Bank Ltd.
6. Candidates should upload proof of receipt on the HEC website. Candidates who are
Already serving in the government sector should apply through the proper channel.
7. The application process is subject to an age limit, with five years of general age relaxation already
Included.
8. The experience that will be considered for the positions is the experience gained after obtaining the
Minimum required qualification.
9. However, part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internships (as a part of the study) will not be counted
As experience.
10. The selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan, and HEC reserves the right to reject
Any or all applications without assigning any reason.
