The Directorate General of Management Information Systems and Financial Accounting and Budgeting Services (MIS/FABS), part of the Office of the Controller General of Accounts, is currently seeking applications for an individual position on a contractual basis. Terms And Conditions
1. Job seekers and aspiring IT professionals interested in obtaining detailed information about the job description, terms of reference (TORS), consultancy fee, and tenure of the consultancy should direct their inquiries to the undersigned. 3. Following the publication of the advertisement, prospective candidates must submit the necessary documents, as per the TORS and selection criteria, to the undersigned at 11:00 AM on 6 July 2023 (Thursday). This can be done through registered courier or in-person delivery, accompanied by contact details (cell number, email, address) clearly indicated on the outer side of the main envelope, along with the Consultancy Title.
4. The Departmental Selection Board will shortlist three candidates/consultants for each position, who will be called for an interview and final selection. The shortlisting process is based on the prerequisites outlined in the Terms of Reference and Job Description documents. The details regarding this process will be separately communicated through the websites and registered mail sent to the shortlisted candidates' provided mailing addresses.
5. The selected consultants offered a contract for one year, with the possibility of an extension, and the agreed consultancy fee will also be communicated.
6. No travel or daily allowance will be provided to shortlisted candidates for the interview, and late applications will not be accepted for any consultancy positions.
