Terms And Conditions
1. Current government employees must apply "through the proper channel" and secure a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the interview to be considered.
2. The Establishment Division's recruitment policy will be followed in all recruitment process
3. Age concessions are given by current Federal Government regulations.
4. A 2% quota has been set aside for people with disabilities, a 5% quota for minorities, and a 10% quota for women and transgender people will also be taken by federal government regulations to foster inclusivity.
5. Shortlisted candidates who satisfy the requirements will then be invited to a test or interview.
6. The original copies of the necessary documents must be shown during the interview. The use of photocopies is not permitted.
7. A skill exam will be required of candidates for roles such as Data Entry Operator (DEO), Steno Typist, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Cook, Driver, and other technical employees.
8. The authorities reserve the right to end the hiring process without reason.
9. Interested parties must submit their applications in the required format with a current photo, a copy of their National Identity Card (CNIC), transcripts of records, certificates of experience, and proof of residency.
10. The R&I Section of PIMS situated in Sector G-8/3, Islamabad, shall receive the applications.
11. The submission period is 15 days from the day this advertising was published.
12. Please submit separate applications for each position if you intend to apply for more than one, clearly marking the desired position's name in the top right corner of the envelope.
13. The application form can be obtained at the R&I Section of PIMS, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad, or via the PIMS website (https://www.pims.gov.pk).
14. No travel or daily expenses paid for the exam or interview.
