2. Internal employees, (Semi) Government, autonomous bodies, or institutions should apply through the proper channels and provide a copy of their most recent NOC from the relevant department.
3. PHC has the right to decline any application and to alter the number of available positions at any moment.
4. No TA/DA is allowed to be used. Any application that is lacking or incomplete will be rejected.
