Terms And Conditions
1. The initial contract for these posts is three years, with the potential for extension based on good performance. The contract services may be considered for regularisation after completing all applicable processes.
2. The procedure for choosing candidates is entirely merit-based, local needs, and meets the required selection criteria.
3. If they are willing to work outside their home region, candidates from outside may apply for posts in other regional group hospitals.
4. Medical services will only be provided to the employee, their spouse, and their biological children on the grounds of the WAPDA Hospital; no referrals from outside sources will be accepted.
5. Pensionary benefits, home purchases, conveyance allowances, and free electricity are not applicable during the contract.
6. Both parties may end the agreement with one month's notice, and in circumstances of misconduct, services may be stopped without warning or compensation.
7. Government, semi-government, and autonomous body personnel must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or resign from their parent department to be included in the final selection.
8. Any and all WAPDA guidelines and policies are relevant.
9. Candidates should adhere to the Contract Based Policy when applying for the position and make sure To include the title in the top right corner of their application. The name of the post for which the application is being made should also be mentioned on the envelope.
10. Those who have been fired or forbidden from employment in the future are ineligible to apply.
11. Existing applicants are urged to use the correct procedure.
12. Only shortlisted will be contacted for an interview; WAPDA will not pay for travel or day expenses.
13. At the time of the interview, candidates must provide their original references.
14. WAPDA retains the right to halt or end the hiring process at any time,
and the number of positions may be changed with the agreement of the appropriate authority.

with transcripts, letters of recommendation, diplomas, and two passport-size photos.
