Terms And Conditions
1. Candidates will undergo an ETEA screening test, and detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority at later stages. If any candidate is found ineligible, they will be disqualified.
2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. Verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying for any post.
3. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates.
4. Shortlisted will be based on the ETEA screening test.
5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.
6. Late applications not be entertained.
7. Age relaxation will be given as per existing Government Rules.
8. Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through proper channels.
9. Candidates applying for multiple posts must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
10. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without giving any reason.
11. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
12. Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalent certificates from HEC.
13. Errors/Omissions in several posts are subject to rectification.
How to Apply:
1. Interested candidates should visit https://www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. Submit the online application, deposit slip will be generated.
3. Deposit test fee through the Easy Paisa app, Agent Jazz Cash app, or branch of UBL Bank via the UBL OMNI agent.
4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp. Do not share it with anyone else.
5. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after online application,
Only qualified candidates will be asked to provide copies of documents.
6. The deadline for online application submission is within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
7. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
8. No separate Call Letter will be issued; candidates must download their Roll No. Slips online.
Important Notes:
1. Scanned documents and passport-size pictures (soft copy) ready for online application.
2. Read the instructions carefully before filling out the online application form.
3. ETEA will verify the deposited fee at any stage, and candidates must ensure accurate payment.
4. Payments made on someone else's CNIC will not be verified.
5. Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
6. Keep the bank-printed receipt safe, do not share it with others.
7. Providing incorrect information in the application form will lead to rejection and strict action against the candidate.
