Terms and Conditions:

1. The positions mentioned above are offered on a Contract basis under the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab.

2. There is a general age relaxation in the upper age limit for Male candidates, which is 5 years, 
For Female candidates, it is 8 years, And for Special/disabled persons, it is 15 years. Candidates working in public sector organizations will have age relaxation per the current government policy.

3. The candidate's continuous service in public sector organizations will be deducted from their upper age limit.

4. Disabled candidates/Special Persons must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department with a Disability Certificate issued by the District Standing Medical Board.

5. Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply for the positions.

6. Only candidates domiciled in Punjab will be eligible to apply.

7. These vacancies are specific to the post and cannot be transferred.

8. Candidates appearing for the test/interview will not be eligible for TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance).

9. Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.

10. The candidate's age will be calculated based on the last date of application submission. 

11. Providing fake documents or concealing any information will lead to disqualification. 

12. Only degrees issued by universities/institutes recognized by the HEC (Higher Education Commission) or reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be considered valid.

13. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. They will communicate the date and time through email/call/SMS.

14. Short-listed candidates must bring all original documents with a set of attested photocopies for verification during the interview.

15. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at any time without prior notice.

16. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage without providing any reasons.

17. Final terms and conditions will be settled on the actual date of appointment.

18. The decisions of the Department on all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility, 
and selection criteria will be final.

Procedure for submission of Application Forms:

1. Candidates must apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website (https://www.nts.org.pk).

2. The candidates shall submit a duly filled online Application form, along with a deposit slip of the prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, a copy of CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs, directly to NTS through courier at the address mentioned on the Application Form.

3. The test fee shall be paid through designated banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or TCS Express Counters using the 20 20-digit invoice numbers generated in the fee slip. Only one bill invoice payment will be accepted.

4. Applications received after the due date or closing of office hours on the last date for submission of applications will not be entertained. Applications completed in all respects should reach NTS by 20 August 2023.

5. The date of the written test/skill test will be communicated to eligible/short-listed candidates only through NTS.

6. Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify.

7. Number of candidates qualifying for the NTS test. The Appointing Authority reserves the right to decide upon any threshold marks ratio of candidates.
