Terms and Conditions

1. Final appointment will be subject to the verification of education degree & experience

certificates (any expenditure in this regard will be borne by the candidate/ employee).

2. Five years of relaxation in the upper age limit will be allowed across the boards.

However female candidates will be given 08 years of relaxation as per government notification.

The maximum age after including relaxation must not exceed 58 years.

3. Applicants having Punjab domicile are required to submit application/ dossiers on the

prescribed proforma available at the University website https://uchs.edu.pk/careers along

with attested copies of documents, degree, 4. certificates, CNIC, domicile, and fresh

passport size colored photographs.

4. Application proforma should be filled and submitted in the Registrar's office, Admin

Block, University of Child Health Sciences.

5. The PMDC recognition certificate of experience (showing the eligibility) must be attached

to the documents.

6. The applicants having foreign degrees must have an HEC equivalence certificate.

7. All Terminal Degrees must be entered in PM&DC.

8. Government Servants should submit the applications through the proper channel.

9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

10. The Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at

any level without assigning any reason.

11. Only complete application forms will be entertained.

12. No TA & DA will be allowed.

13. The last date for submission of the application is 21-09-2024.
